V.I.T.A.L. (Vision In The Arts at Liverpool) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting the visual and performing arts in Liverpool. Comprised of teachers, students, parents, and community members, V.I.T.A.L.’s goal is to insure that the children of this community are afforded the opportunity to experience personal growth in music, theater, dance, and the visual arts.
We believe that the Arts provide children with a unique opportunity to pursue excellence, while developing self-discipline, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving techniques. In conjunction with the New York State Learning Standards in the Arts, we wholeheartedly support the concept that the Fine Arts are an integral part of a core education for all children in our community.
V.I.T.A.L. meets several times during the year to discuss ways to support the Fine Arts in Liverpool. All meetings are open to the public.
